Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in public policy, economic development, or energy field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy policy with strategic impact.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines across teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic policy initiatives.
• Experience working with large cross-functional groups including technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional policy initiatives related to data center infrastructure, energy, economic development, and site selection.
• Track energy and data center policy across US states and federal level; consolidate feedback.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify policy issues affecting Meta data center operations.
• Inform policy engagement strategies with research and business needs, and public opinion insights.
• Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners including trade associations.
• Prepare summaries and memos on infrastructure and energy policies to support external engagement.
• Support additional policy areas such as tax and trade policy as needed.
