Qualifications

• 5+ years of energy policy experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully implement strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work with large cross-functional groups, including technical teams
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• 5+ years experience in managing complex policy related initiatives related to data center, economic development, utility, manufacturing or other large infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Support strategic engagement on policy issues impacting data center operations, site selection, and energy goals.
• Partner closely with regional policy teams and business teams to align policy initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking deadlines, and delivering across teams.
• Develop and successfully implement strategic initiatives across cross-functional groups.
• Integrate responsible AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation, into policy workflows.
