Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Public Policy Manager to support its infrastructure and energy policy initiatives, including site selection and environmental policy across US states and at the federal level.

You will partner with internal teams, trade associations, and external consultants to identify policy issues and drive engagement aligned with business needs, energy goals, and responsible AI considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in public policy, economic development, or energy related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in energy policy with a focus on supporting business needs.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional policy initiatives on data center infrastructure, energy, site selection and related environmental policy.
• Identify and track energy and data-center legislation across US States and Federal levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trade associations, and consultants to identify policy issues affecting Meta data center operations.
• Develop policy engagement strategies informed by research and public opinion.
• Prepare summary documentation and memos on infrastructure and energy policies to drive internal alignment.
• Support tax and trade policy discussions as needed.
