Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college preferred.
• Excellent written communication as observed on the state application.
• Experience applying policies and procedures preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Open Records Requests, coordinates with legal, ensures timely release.
• Keep HSCS websites and SharePoint updated with accurate content.
• Writes copy for blogs, ads, web stories or scripts with research and sources.
• Assists in coordinating stakeholder relations materials and events.
• Coordinates rule and policy projects and liaises with RCO and attorneys.
• Collects and analyzes data for reports, memos and presentations.
• Develops SOPs and documents procedures for HSCS staff.
