Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, or related field with at least three years of health policy experience.
• Strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to translate policy findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing written products for internal and external audiences.
• Experience coordinating with partners across health care and public health sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of health policy in MA and nationally relevant to TEAM UP’s work.
• Perform landscape analyses of programs, funding, and policies; develop reports with findings and recommendations.
• Translate findings for leadership and project teams to inform planning and expansion decisions.
• Develop policy briefs, white papers, and external communications informed by research.
• Support partnerships by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking outreach.
