Boston Medical Center seeks a Finance & Operations Analyst to support TEAM UP’s policy, financing, and workforce efforts for pediatric behavioral health care expansion. You will monitor policy developments, conduct analyses, and translate findings into planning and growth strategies across geographies.

The role involves developing policy briefs, white papers, and external communications while coordinating partner engagements and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, public policy, health services research, health administration, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant health policy or health services research experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of state and national health policy relevant to TEAM UP’s work, including financing and reimbursement, Medicaid, and workforce.
• Perform focused state/local policy research where TEAM UP operates or plans expansion.
• Carry out landscape analyses to inform expansion work.
• Review programs, policies, funding structures; identify informants, conduct interviews, synthesize findings, and prepare reports.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams.
