Boston Medical Center is seeking a Policy Analyst for the TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center. The role supports financial management, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and operational systems across grants, contracts, and donor funds.

The Analyst collaborates with Sponsored Programs, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate financial management and consistent Center operations, under the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and non-federal grant requirements and post‑award financial administration.
• Ability to develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and financial tracking tools.
• Ability to analyze financial information and communicate budget status, expenditures, projections, and issues.

Responsabilités

• Oversees full life‑cycle financial administration for grants, contracts, donor funds and other funds, including budget guidance, award modifications, invoicing and closeout.
• Leads organization‑wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across funding sources.
• Coordinates purchasing, reimbursements, accounts payable, subcontract payments, and pre‑award activities with teams and external partners.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and workflow documentation supporting efficient Center operations.
• Provides onboarding and administrative support to staff, ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.
