Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years of relevant health policy/health services research experience.
• Experience in health policy, public health, health services research, or related field.
• Ability to translate policy and health system information into clear findings and recommendations.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with landscape analyses and policy research.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze health policy in Massachusetts and nationwide relevant to TEAM UP.
• Perform landscape analyses to inform expansion; review programs, funding, and policies.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Develop policy briefs, white papers, presentations, and funder reports.
• Support external engagements: scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain organized policy resources and stakeholder maps and notes.
