Boston Medical Center is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to support TEAM UP’s work on policy, financing, workforce, and health system conditions affecting pediatric behavioral health care. The role coordinates landscape analyses, policy research, and external communications to guide expansion and sustainability strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, public policy, health services research, or related field with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in public health or related field preferred.
• Experience conducting health policy research, landscape analyses, and policy writing.
• Ability to translate policy findings into actionable recommendations and proposals.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze health policy in Massachusetts and nationally relevant to TEAM UP.
• Conduct landscape analyses to inform expansion and identify funding structures.
• Translate findings into briefs, reports, and proposals.
• Develop written materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support partnerships by coordinating meetings and preparing background materials.
• Maintain organized policy trackers, stakeholder maps, and source materials.
