Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Foreman Training Program completed.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record in past 5 years.
• Ability to manage up to ten employees and supervise field crews.
• Strong communication and safety compliance focus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across states.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew performance.
• Plan, organize, and deploy resources to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all sites.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations.
• Record timekeeping, payroll, and work data accurately.
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance oversight.
