Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations and supervise a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and adherence to safety standards while meeting customer expectations. The position involves directing field crews, supporting employee development, maintaining productivity goals, and representing Osmose professionally with customers and utility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (up to 50–100 lb).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
