Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work, and ensure tasks are completed safely and to Osmose standards.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity on site, with travel and overtime as needed and clear opportunities for career progression within Osmose.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
