Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman in Texas to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments are performed safely and to company standards.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, mentor team members, coordinate assignments, and maintain equipment while representing Osmose professionally with customers and utility representatives.

Competenze

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years driving experience.
• Experience leading field crews or foremen preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
