You will interact with customers, utility representatives, and community members while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
