Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead field operations and supervise a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work.

You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating daily tasks, mentoring staff, and representing the company professionally with customers and utility partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with minimum three years driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.
• Able to motivate and train field crews.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crew activities.
• Perform pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate work assignments and ensure timely project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
