Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and supervise field crews.
• Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crews.
• Perform pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for projects.
• Train and mentor crew in safe practices.
• Ensure safety policies and industry standards compliance.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
