Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity in pole assessments and restoration projects.

You will direction field crews, support employee development, and represent the company professionally with customers and utility representatives. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and training.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 19 years of age; leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with three years driving experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and train field crews and operate field equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure safety policies, quality standards, and productivity targets are met.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete reports and project updates accurately and timely.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
• Support a positive, safe team environment.
