Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman in Texas to lead daily field operations, oversee a pole assessment crew, and ensure safe, efficient project completion.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while mentoring team members and coordinating assignments. This role offers paid training, full-time year-round employment with overtime, and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
