Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, oversee a crew performing pole assessments, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on projects.

The Foreman role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train and guide crews in safe procedures while traveling as needed. This is full-time, year-round employment with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Experience leading crews or foremen roles preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
