Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, quality pole assessments and restoration work. The role involves coordinating tasks, guiding training, and representing the company with customers and utility partners.

Travel is extensive, with outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The company offers paid training, bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO as part of a full-time, year-round

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews.
• Ability to travel locally, statewide or regionally.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and sometimes 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
