Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration meet safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and customer interaction on project sites. The Foreman will direct field crews, support employee development, and uphold productivity goals while representing the company professionally with customers and utility representatives.

Competenze

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
