Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is seeking a Poker Shift Supervisor to oversee daily poker room operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will resolve guest and staff issues, supervise team performance, and coordinate with Supervisors across tables, security, and beverage operations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prefer three years of dealing and one year of Casino or Poker Supervisor experience.
Must demonstrate leadership and strong communication with customers and team.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
Must read, write, and speak English; respond to cues.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operation of the Poker department during the shift.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and tribal regulations.
Handle customer and employee disputes with professional service.
Evaluate team performance and participate in recruitment, training, and coaching.
Ensure staffing matches business levels and manage payroll duties.
