Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience as Floor Supervisor or dual-rate supervisor.
• 3 years Table Games experience in games offered at SCR.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with guests and employees.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability logs for chips, cards, and gaming equipment.
• Evaluate Dealers and Supervisors for efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise disciplinary actions and staffing movements.
• Monitor table fills, credits, and cash transactions with integrity.
• Report suspicious activity and assist Security.
• Maintain attendance records and provide performance feedback.
• Attend training and adhere to READY standards.
• Ensure guest service and professional conduct at all times.
