Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in Table Games as a Poker Manager or above in an equivalent sized property.
• Proven knowledge of surveillance techniques and Title 31 compliance.
• Ability to analyze guest counts, drops, and other data for decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
• Must be able to work independently and with others, with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Poker Room Departments to meet financial and operational goals.
• Stimulate business and develop quality players through personal interaction.
• Provide direction, training and development to all Poker Room Staff.
• Mediate and solve problems for employees and guests; maintain open communication.
• Coordinate with Surveillance on game security matters and ensure internal controls.
• Develop data to support budgets, gaming trends, and customer recognition.
