Qualifications

• Must understand and comply with Title 31 rules.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Bravo, and Synkros.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong knowledge of poker rules and coaching ability.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach hourly team members.
• Maintain proper staffing levels.
• Schedule dealer team breaks and table assignments.
• Report issues to Poker Manager.
• Supervise waitlist, player tracking, dealer taps, room procedures.
• Create and manage poker tournaments per TDA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage poker room cash handling, banks, chip distribution.
• Update poker reports daily and distribute results.
• Ensure poker room cleanliness and safety controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
