• Oversee the smooth operation of assigned area, ensuring rooms and public spaces are kept clean and well-stocked.
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist all team members in the area.
• Contribute to OSHA compliance, proper chemical usage, biohazard handling, and injury prevention.
• Distribute workload fairly and ensure daily completion of tasks in assigned areas.
• Maintain proper assignment of VIP rooms and guest flow.
• Conduct daily briefings, pre-shifts, and staff meetings.
• Communicate with housekeeping and outside departments via Outlook and Teams.
• Address outstanding work orders and ensure PAR levels are maintained.
• Perform daily guest room inspections and visual checks of public areas.
• Monitor staff productivity and report performance to management.
• Coach and counsel staff on policy adherence and service standards.
• Prepare annual reviews with support from management for key staff.
• Interview candidates to fill vacancies and assist in scheduling.
• Collaborate with upper management on scheduling and PTO requests.
