Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, seeks full-time casino team members who can provide exceptional guest service and accurate dealing. The role requires dealing experience or completion of dealing school, and the ability to obtain a Colorado gaming license.

You will handle cash and chips, manage guest services, and support various departments while assisting in duties such as creating player club cards and managing waiting lists.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Previous dealing experience or completion of dealing school required.
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.
• Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
• Ability to speak and write English.
• Strong general mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and maintain an accurate bank.
• Assist supervisor in fulfilling guest service needs (host, cashier, player club cards, waiting lists).
• Take and place food orders with timely follow-up for accuracy.
• Handle cash and chip transactions accurately.
• Input data using computer systems; familiarity with Excel and Word is a plus.
• Knowledge of all poker games.
• Stand for the duration of shift; bend and assist as needed.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
