Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Table Games Department, train staff, and ensure accurate dealing and courteous guest service.

This full-time role requires 18+, ability to obtain Colorado Gaming license, 1-2 years dealing experience, supervisory experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Colorado Gaming License.
• 1–2 years of previous dealing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic math.

Our focus is on maintaining lasting relationships with our guests and our community, ensuring that every interaction is warm, and welcoming.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Table Games Department.Trains, coaches, and counsels Team Members proactively.Ensures cards are dealt accurately and procedurally correct.Practices and supports Monarch’s courtesy guidelines at all time while promoting outstanding guest relations.Manages the administration of fills/credits, players ratings, keeps track of markers, and rundowns.Processes payroll for table games dealers.Other related duties including but not limited to complying with and understanding the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum. Procedures.
