Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking an energetic Beverage Cocktail Server to deliver beverage service in a high-volume casino setting. You will promote specials, describe nightly live entertainment, and ensure guests receive timely, friendly service while maintaining a clean bar area.

The role requires knowledge of alcohol brands, English communication, and the ability to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a casino environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor brands and current prices.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Must obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Adhere to all policies, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage.
• Promote drink specials and describe nightly live entertainment on the property.
• Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Check IDs to verify guest age and monitor for intoxication.
• Maintain a clean workstation and bar area; return glassware for cleaning.
• Order drinks and supplies in proper sequence; manage station inventory.
• Exemplify core values and family-style service; perform other duties as assigned.
