Job summary

As the Poker Operations supervisor, you will directly manage Poker Dealers on shift, uphold gaming integrity, train staff on games, promotions, and events, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1–2 years poker experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Key Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Poker operations and staff.
• Promote World Class Guest Service and regulatory compliance.
• Directly supervise Poker Dealers on shift.
• Maintain floor activity awareness and game integrity.
• Provide basic instruction on Poker games, promotions, and events.
