Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to monitor day-to-day operations and ensure world-class guest service. You will oversee Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps and Roulette while upholding all tribal and regulatory standards.

The role requires leadership of dealers, protection of the bank roll, and maintaining a welcoming gaming floor. A High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of Table Games supervisory experience and/or completion of Casino Supervisor Development Program is preferred.
• Two years of related Table Games experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant awareness of floor activity and protect the bank roll, casino, and guests.
• Enforce rules of play and monitor table games performance and staffing.
• Greet guests, promote guest relations, and provide basic instruction on Table Games.
