Job summary

Ankle & Foot Centers of America is seeking a Medical Assistant to support podiatry clinic operations. You will handle vitals, patient flow, injections, and basic clerical tasks in a fast-paced podiatry setting across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, managing charts and insurance verifications, and maintaining clean exam rooms. Prior MA experience and Epic exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a medical assistant preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Medical assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and record medical history in Epic.
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms.
• Assist with procedures and injections as directed by physician.
• Schedule surgeries and prepare charts, forms and pre-admission documents.
• Assist front office staff and complete insurance verifications.
