Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking an organized Coordinator, Audio in New York to support a growing podcast network. You will manage studio schedules, coordinate equipment and on-site logistics, and process production invoices while protecting ad revenue through accurate campaign delivery.

You will work with editorial, production, and revenue teams to ensure seamless production and scheduling, while editing host-read ads and assisting with various operational tasks across the audio department.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in podcast production or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Audio Engineering, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of DAWs for editing and formatting.
• Exposure to podcast CMS and ad insertion platforms.
• Basic understanding of video/audio production hardware and studio setups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio and recording schedules across brand teams to ensure production efficiency.
• Oversee on-site logistics, equipment rentals, call sheets, and budgets.
• Onboard freelance talent and process invoices with accurate coding.
• Sync editorial calendars with sponsorship opportunities and ensure proper ad placement.
• Edit simple host-read ads to free up senior audio staff for complex work.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational and production needs across audio team.
