Job summary

Crooked Media is hiring an Account Coordinator in the Sales department, reporting to the Director of Accounts. You will coordinate proposals, vetting, and execution; plus post-sale reporting, client services, and renewal activity across podcasts, newsletters, events, and video.

The role is hybrid with the Washington DC office, ideally for DC-based candidates or those willing to relocate before start date. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a client-facing, project management or ad sales marketing role.
• Experience with podcasts, newsletters, or video a plus.
• Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal creation, vetting, and execution across media types.
• Manage ad copy approvals, insertion orders, and client communications.
• Support post-sale reporting, renewals, and cross-functional work.
• Create post reporting documents with insights and recommendations.
