Condé Nast is seeking an organized Coordinator, Audio in New York to support a growing podcast network. You will manage studio schedules, coordinate equipment and on-site logistics, and process production invoices while protecting ad revenue through accurate campaign delivery.
You will work with editorial, production, and revenue teams to ensure seamless production and scheduling, while editing host-read ads and assisting with various operational tasks across the audio department.

The Condé Nast Global Audio team is seeking an organized, proactive Coordinator, Audio to join our world-class podcast network in New York. This role is central to driving operational efficiency, cost management, and seamless production logistics across our iconic brand portfolio. Working closely with editorial, production, and ad revenue teams, the Audio Coordinator maximizes internal resources, streamlines scheduling, and protects ad revenue through accurate campaign delivery.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $65,000 - $72,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
