Job summary

Miller Zell Inc. in Bentonville, AR seeks a POD Coordinator to support the Print On Demand process at the Bentonville Production Facility.

You will assist with order coordination, catalog maintenance, production tracking, quality checks, inventory support, kit packing, and shipping activities under the Print Production Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, scheduling, communication with project personnel, and a focus on reducing waste and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience in print production, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and updating the POD catalog process.
• Assist with all Print On Demand orders & restock fulfillment.
• Reviews POD orders to determine timeframe, process for accomplishing project, shipments and billing to the customer.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate order-related information in applicable systems and records.
• Assist with tracking order status and communicating updates to the Print Production Manager and project personnel.
• Perform assigned quality-control checks on POD orders, printed materials, kit packing, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with kit packing, fulfillment, and special project shipments as needed.
• Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and supply replenishment; report supply needs to the Print Production Manager.
• Maintain organized POD order files, production records, shipping documentation, and related materials.
• Actively pursues practices that lead to project cost reductions to positively affect margins.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized print shop work area.
• Support department efforts to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and complete projects efficiently.
• Punctuality and Regular attendance are required on the job
