Job summary

Moss is seeking a Zund operator/artist to produce goods per job travelers and supervisor instructions. Onsite in Kaysville, UT, you will follow MPI standards, operate Zund equipment, and ensure quality and efficiency across production runs.

You should bring manufacturing experience, basic CAD software knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This full-time role includes opportunities for training and growth with a focus on safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing machine operation preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD software – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Technical skills.
• Detail oriented.

• Works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations to obtain maximum and ongoing efficiency.
• Support quality improvement processes to ensure defect-free outputs aligned with specs.
• Follow SOPs and policies to ensure output consistency.
• Safely and efficiently run Zund(s).
• Produce goods as specified on the job ticket or supervisor instructions.
• Maintain quality product and MPI standards.
• Basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.
• Read and interpret job travelers and use the job tracking system.
• Inspect printed material and raw inventory for defects.
• Relieve raw materials from inventory using the tracking system.
• Assist with digital file setup as required.
• Train other operators as needed.
