Job summary

Swiftpod in Dallas is seeking a Production Associate to handle multiple stages of apparel production, including pulling, pre-treatment, printing, quality checks, folding, labeling and packaging. You’ll ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with others to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apparel printing or manufacturing is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to operate machinery with attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow digital work orders.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
• Vietnamese language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive apparel into inventory and unload to correct locations.
• Stock shelves to ensure timely picking for orders.
• Select garments from inventory for orders.
• Operate printing machine and ensure proper alignment per order specs.
• Monitor printing quality and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Fold, label, and pack garments; print shipping labels.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety SOPs.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
