Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate II to operate production slitters, label, package, and box products for transfer into finished goods.

You will stack/palletize items from 5 lb to 50 lb and assist with daily cycle counts and month/ year-end inventories. The role requires strong teamwork, communication, and basic problem-solving, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe work area and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitters as needed.
• Label, package, and box products for transfer to finished goods.
• Stack and palletize products (5 lb to 50 lb).
• Assist with inventory audits (cycle counts, month-end, year-end).
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Mentor peers and provide on-the-job training.
