inKind is building autonomous Pods that own business outcomes from idea to impact. This Pod Member role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, AI, and Strategy, requiring builders who can operate across disciplines and commercial aims.

You’ll identify opportunities, work with engineers, launch products, and measure impact to prove value. As a Pod Member, you’ll be expected to turn ambiguity into actionable plans, collaborate across teams, and relentlessly pursue high-impact outcomes that

• Identify opportunities and shape solutions across pods.
• Work directly with engineers to launch products.
• Measure impact and decide whether launches worked.
• Not here to manage a backlog—solve important problems.

Responsibilities

• Own a Pod objective and move the metrics behind it.
• Turn broad business problems into clear priorities and executable plans.
• Decide what matters most and keep the Pod focused on high-impact work.
• Bring the right people together and drive decisions when no obvious answer exists.
• Spot blockers, risks, and opportunities early—and act on them.
• Challenge assumptions and push toward simpler, faster solutions.
• Stay close to customers and partners to understand real needs.
• Measure post-launch results and decide what to scale, change, or stop.
• Step outside your functional lane when needed to achieve outcomes.
• Create momentum and own the result.
