Growth owns how people find Neko, join, pay, and refer others—covering the website, waitlist, bookings, payments, referrals, memberships, localization, and new clinics and markets. In 6–12 months you’ll ship the Growth roadmap, define architecture to test fast, and maintain fast,

Qualifications

Deep experience building consumer products across the stack with depth in at least one area: payments, growth systems, internationalization, or web platform.
Owned a funnel, conversion rate, or revenue line and moved it.
Ran experiments with discipline and distinguished results from noise.
Led engineers as a tech lead or equivalent and raised team standards.
Daily use of AI coding tools and ability to show shipped work.

Responsibilities

Lead a pod of four to six engineers and set technical direction.
Ship Growth roadmap on time, focusing on funnel, payments, bookings, and launches.
Own quality and secure, fast public surfaces against fraud and abuse.
Foster hiring, mentorship, and data-driven decision making.
Monitor code health and dashboards to inform strategy and improvements.
