Digible is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead a pod and coach two PMs, driving end-to-end product strategy, discovery, and delivery. You will shape integrations, data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization while partnering with customers and leadership to move faster with AI.

You will guide cross-pod strategy, measure impact, and help lead the AI transformation across product, design, and engineering, all within a bootstrapped, profitable company.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management with measurable business impact.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• 2+ years of formal people-management experience.
• Hands-on PM with IC+Manager hybrid role.
• Technical depth for integrations, data architecture, core platform, workflow productization.
• Strong customer discovery and research fluency.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align multiple teams around one product story.
• Proven track record of resolving overlap across pods.

• Own your pod end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery and business results.
• Lead customer discovery with customers, agency teams, and the market.
• Foundational platform work: integrations, data architecture, core platform, workflow productization.
• Manage and grow two PMs through coaching and goals.
• Cross-pod strategy: spot overlaps and resolve them in roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to align group strategy and outcomes.
• Ship end-to-end experiences, internal enablement, and change management.
• Define success metrics at pod and group level; drive AI transformation.
• Set product taste and balance creativity with data and business goals.
