Job summary

Jasper Engine Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Transmission POD 727 – Sub Assembly worker to build, inspect, and pre-fit internal modules before they are integrated into the main transmission case.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with overtime opportunities. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and using handheld tools (hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrench).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk entire shift (8–10 hours).
• Use handheld tools such as hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrench.

Responsibilities

• Builds, inspects, and pre-fits internal modules before integration into the main transmission case.
• Ensures quality and proper fit during sub-assembly of transmission components.

Job Description: Transmission POD 727 – Sub Assembly Job Overview:

Builds, inspects, and pre-fits individual internal modules (such as the pump, forward/overdrive drums, direct/intermediate clutches, planetary gear sets, and valve body/mechatronic units) before they are integrated into the main transmission case.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Overtime available

Salary and Benefits:

Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
