Jasper Engine Exchange, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to join the Gas Engine POD ranging from Disassembly to Assembly.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning through our 4-day JET101 training and ongoing on-the-job instruction, enabling quick acclimation to our automotive remanufacturing environment. Employees may rotate across stations, must stay alert, follow procedures, and thrive in a fast-paced team.

We strive to provide you with all necessary tools and skills to become successful in your role. We provide a 4-day training program (JET101) and have additional hands-on training. Our training programs will help you get acclimated to your new role, the automotive industry, and JASPER's culture.

The Gas Engine POD is divided into areas: Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly. Each member is trained to work in multiple positions in each area to allow rotation each day. These stations require an individual who is a decision-maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment and must have good hand dexterity.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, typical hours are 6:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. with possibility of Friday overtime and the occasional Saturday.
