Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the Willow operation. The role features a 6:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift from Monday to Thursday with potential Friday overtime, in a climate‑controlled environment.

The position emphasizes training through JET101, multi‑station flexibility across Transmission and Gas Engine PODs, and a culture that values detail, teamwork, and reliability in a fast‑paced setting.

No automotive experience? That’s OK! At JASPER, we pride ourselves in our training programs. We strive to provide you with all necessary tools and skills to become successful in your role. We provide a 4-day training program (JET101) and have additional hands‑on training. Our training programs will help you get acclimated to your new role, the automotive industry, and JASPER’s culture.

The Transmission POD is divided into stations: Disassembly, Inspect, Subassembly, and Final Assembly. Each member of the POD is trained to work in each position and rotates to a different station each day.

The Gas Engine POD is divided into areas: Disassembly, Prep/Salvage, Machining, Cleaning and Assembly. Each member is trained to work in multiple positions in each area to allow rotation each day.

These stations require an individual who is a decision‑maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment and must have good hand dexterity.
