Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Diesel – POD 70 Assembly worker to perform final assembly with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. You will utilize hoist apparatus and hand tools to reassemble components for the finished product in a climate-controlled environment.

Repetitive, detail-oriented work requires standing most of the shift and manual dexterity with wrenches and torque tools. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with overtime opportunities and a path for wage

Competenze

• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Must stand or walk an entire shift (8–10 hours).
• Must be able to use handheld tools such as impact wrenches and torque wrenches.
• Standing: Continuously.
• Walking: Frequently.

Job Description:

Diesel – POD 70 Assembly

Job Overview: The final assembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. This position is responsible for putting all components back together for the final product utilizing hoist apparatus, impact tools, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches. Associates must be fast paced, organized, and quality driven.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• Overtime available

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx… 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as impact, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
• Standing: Continuously
• Walking: Frequently
• Sitting: Never
• Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally

• Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
