Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a post-graduate degree with 10+ years.
• Experience in program management, proposal management and EVMS.
• Ability to present to executives.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) initiatives and related programs.
• Support Sector Presidents and staff as the functional PM lead.
• Coordinate Readiness for Program Management (RPM) rotations and CWBS/CDM.
• Maintain Program Health Dashboard and metrics (PHD, PRT).
• Enforce PM policy, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate training.
• Provide scheduling support to proposals/programs and audits as needed.
• Analyze schedule performance and EVMS/EAC metrics.
