Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead RPX initiatives and serve as Chief of Staff to the Sector President, driving leadership operating systems and culture across the Intel & Cyber organization. You will coordinate sector-level reviews, train program teams, and ensure robust program governance.

The role requires extensive experience in program/EVMS management, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience or a post-graduate degree with 10 years of experience.
• Prior program management, proposal management and EVMS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to executives/management on important topics.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-disbursed teams.
• Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvements and related initiatives.
• Oversee Program Leadership Team (PLT) Certification program and RPM rotational program.
• Provide scheduling support to sector programs and audits; enforce PM policy and processes.
• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Sector President to advance leadership operating systems and culture.
• Coordinate training, internal reviews, and cross-functional program communications.
• Lead performance analysis, earned value management metrics, and program health dashboards.
