L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management (PMX Leader & Chief of Staff) in Florida.

You will implement RPX improvements, lead PMX initiatives, and serve as the Chief of Staff to the Sector President, guiding leadership systems and sector culture across multiple programs. The role requires deep program management expertise, strong communication with executives, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, training, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or postgraduate degree with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in program management, proposal management and EVMS.
• Ability to present to executives/management on important topics.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance.

• Lead and implement Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement projects.
• Drive Program Leadership Team (PLT) Certification programs and RPM readiness rotations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate should be an experienced Program Manager, Proposal Manager or Scheduler who is well-versed in People, Process, and Tools best practices within the Aerospace & Defense industry. This role will implement numerous Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement projects, and the successful candidate will also serve as the single point of functional program management issues for the Intel & Cyber sector presidents and staff. The candidate will work effectively with the other members of the SMS PMX staff, functional partners and the sector program teams.

Additionally, they will serve as the Chief of Staff to the Sector President to drive the Intel & Cyber Leadership Operating System, support the growth of the business, andbuild the Sector Culture.

• Readiness for Program Management (RPM) rotational program
• Common Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)
• Common Data Matrix (CDM)
• Cobra Standardization
• Risk Tracker
• Schedule Metrics Analysis & Reporting Tool (SMART)
• Program Health Dashboard (PHD) & Automated Program Review Template (PRT)
• Support to Sector / Programs:
• Various sector, division, and proposal/program reviews
• Ensuring scheduling support to proposals/programs
• Enforcement of Program Management policy and process requirements
• Continuous improvement projects
• Coordination of training requirements and training instruction for program teams
• Coordination in support of internal and customer audits
• Coordination and adjudication of PMX support priorities
• Performance Analysis / Reporting:
• Schedule performance analysis
• Earned value management and EAC metrics
• Training metrics
• Ability to Travel – up to 25%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience or post-graduate degree and 10 years of experience.
• Prior program management, proposal management and EVMS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to executives/management on important topics.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-disbursed teams.
• Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance.
• Prior experience providing instructional training to program team(s).
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Knowledge of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
