Elbit America is seeking a Program Manager III for PMX to provide hands-on project support during bid and planning phases, developing robust program management plans, PMBs, and risk mitigation strategies across the organization. The role includes on-demand training and multi-project coordination to ensure solid proposal and planning outcomes.

Responsibilities encompass guiding proposal teams, implementing EVMS, conducting risk workshops, and analyzing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Degree field preferred: Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent technical degree.
• PMP certification desired; 10+ years in related functional roles; 15+ years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the proposal process for program start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS and provide enterprise-level training.
• Conduct risk identification workshops and support risk management processes.
• Assist Program Managers with analyzing budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Audit projects to ensure adherence to management plans and standards; develop corrective actions.
• Identify and document best practices; share lessons learned across programs.
